Coastal Humane Society celebrates National Pet Month; Next vaccination clinic this Wednesday

Submitted by the Coastal Humane Society

At Coastal Humane Society, we understand the immeasurable value of the human-animal bond, and we never take the lives of these precious animals for granted. This month, we invite you to join us in celebrating National Pet Month by making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

Our mission is to help people in the Outer Banks of North Carolina care for their pets, especially during challenging financial circumstances. We firmly believe that every animal deserves a loving home and proper care, regardless of financial limitations. That’s why we need your support!

By donating to the Coastal Humane Society, you can play a crucial role in helping people help their very own beloved companions. Your contribution goes a long way in ensuring that pets and their families stay together, keeping pets healthier, and preventing anyone from being forced to give up or compromise their pet’s care due to financial hardship.

The Coastal Humane Society will be holding their next vaccination clinic with Dr. Burkart from Roanoke Island Animal Clinic this Wednesday, May 24, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Avon Fire Department. [Coastal Humane Society/Facebook]

What sets Coastal Humane Society apart is our commitment to transparency and accountability. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity, and 100% of every donation we receive is put to work right here on the Outer Banks. From emergency veterinary visits and low-cost vaccinations to spay/neuter assistance, medical aid, and providing pet food and supplies during community-wide emergencies, your generosity directly impacts the well-being of pets in need.

Your support truly makes a difference. Together, we will keep the Outer Banks human-animal bond strong and ensure that pets receive the care and love they deserve. Celebrate National Pet Month with us by making a donation today.

To donate, simply visit our website or click here. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their families.

Thank you for being a part of our compassionate community. Your generosity and dedication to the well-being of animals are truly appreciated. Let’s make this National Pet Month a time of hope and compassion for pets and their owners.

Together, we can create a world where every pet is cherished, loved and cared for.
